Crash Rated Boom Barrier
We are India's first indigenously manufactured Drop Arm Crash Barrier which have been crash simulated by India’s premier R&D institute, Automotive Research Association of India, Pune for impact against 7.2 ton truck @ 48kmph (K4) and 7.2 ton truck @ 64kmph (K8).
Further we have physically crash tested our barriers in HORIBA MIRA, UK according to the latest IWA 14:2013 std for a 7.2ton truck @48kmph (K4) & 7.2ton truck @64kmph (K8).OurGajraj 4 has a penetration of less than 1 meter and was the only barrier which stopped both load body and front driver cab in less than 1 meter.
